Internship Interviews Conducted in the Marketing and Advertising Program
Students
of Balıkesir University Balıkesir Vocational School Marketing and Advertising
Program successfully completed their 30-day compulsory internships during the
2025 summer term. The internships, carried out in businesses directly related
to the field of marketing, enabled students to apply their theoretical
knowledge in practice and gain valuable industry experience.
Following
the internship period, Dr. Mehmet Can Tokmak and Lecturer Nevin Polat conducted
internship interviews on October 22, 2025. During the interviews, students
shared their experiences, discussed the tasks they performed, the new skills
they acquired, and their observations about the sector.
The
academic advisors reviewed the students’ internship documents and reports,
providing feedback based on their evaluations. The meetings also addressed the
strengths of the internship process, areas for improvement, and suggestions for
students’ professional development.
The
compulsory internship program implemented within the Marketing and Advertising
Program plays a significant role in helping students enhance their professional
competencies, better prepare for their future careers, and build valuable
connections within the industry.
