Erasmus Orientation and Disaster Awareness Drill Held at Our Vocational School

On October 10, 2025, two important events were held at Balıkesir Vocational School for our students. The Erasmus Student Mobility Orientation Training, organized by Balıkesir University International Relations Coordination Office, provided students with detailed information about the scope of the program, application procedures, and study abroad opportunities. The session concluded with a Q&A segment where students’ questions were answered.

On the same day, the BAUN Occupational Health and Safety Coordination Office conducted a training and drill on Earthquake, Evacuation, and Fire Extinguishing. During the session, students were informed about what to do during an earthquake, how to implement the evacuation plan, and practiced fire extinguishing techniques.

Through these activities, students gained valuable awareness both in terms of international mobility opportunities and disaster preparedness and safety practices.
